The opening quote is from one of my all-time favorite movies: “The Muppet Christmas Carol.” I can remember memorizing all the lyrics to the songs when I was 6 years old. The movie celebrates family, encourages hard work, and teaches the importance of community. Simply the best.
In fact, all these years later, I still think of the lyrics to various songs from “The Muppet Christmas Carol” any time feel super excited about an upcoming announcement, day, or event. Today is no different!
Over the last four weeks I have held one-on-one conversations with individuals that I greatly respect, in the hopes that they would be interested in serving on Founding Board of Directors for Invest In Access, Inc. The search was thorough because it was important to me that the Board be comprised of individuals who:
- Are experts in their respective fields;
- Come from different backgrounds in order to allow diversity of perspective;
- Have either a personal or community connection to individuals who live with physical and/or psychological differences;
- Are kind-hearted, honest and dedicated people.
It is with immense gratitude, that I introduce you to four members of the Founding Board of Directors for Invest In Access, Inc.:
